Since its opening, in 2011, the Marina of Vila Franca do Campo has been an important port of call for everyone who passes through it. It is known for the comfort, safety and tranquillity it provides to the visitors of this 15^th century town.

The Marina of Vila Franca do Campo only hosts boats foreign to the Azores once they have gone through the marina of Ponta Delgada and the competent authorities, namely the Foreigners and Cross-Border Services, the Customs Service of Ponta Delgada (Marina) and the National Guard (GNR).
